PHYLLIS - (Brown 1938 - Royal Horticultural Society's Award
of Garden Merit) Semi-double. Sepals are waxy-rose with rosy-cerise corolla. Medium sized flowers and very free. Upright bushy vigorous growth. Will make excellent standard and is a good choice for beginners. Hardy bush making about 3 feet.
